Sustained growth is high and continuous growth and this is needed by East Kalimantan (Kaltim) now and in the future. If you look at the development outcome with the Human Development Index (IPM), the 2019 East Kalimantan HDI is generally ranked 3rd after DKI Jakarta and DI Yogyakarta. The highest ranking is a fairly high life expectancy.

In addition, I caught quite a high heterogeneity and imbalance in areas in East Kalimantan. If we look at it from a ranking point of view, some are quite high, for example Balikpapan and Samarinda, but others, for example West Kutai, have an HDI ranking of 178.
