Paul Burke is a fellow at Crawford School of Public Policy, ANU College of Asia and Public Policy. He is an economist focusing on the environment, energy, transport, and developing countries, particularly in the Asia Pacific. Paul’s publications include papers in American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, Economic Inquiry, Nature Climate Change, and Global Environmental Change. His ongoing research includes examining natural gas demand; sectoral energy use; long-run economic drivers of greenhouse gas emissions; and Indonesia’s fuel subsidy reforms.
