Dr. Robi Andoyo is a Lecturer and researcher at the Department of Food Industrial Technology Faculty of Agro-industrial Technology Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. He obtained bachelor degree from the Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia (2002), Master degree was obtained from Universitaet Hohenheim, Germany (2008) and Ph.D degree was obtained from Agrocampus Ouest, France (2014).

He works in the field of dairy science and technology, concerned with the protein interaction in dairy products and how it affects the physical properties of dairy products. Mr. Robi also did some researches on how to manipulate the properties of protein particles to achieve desired physical properties of dairy-based emergency food to maintain the nutritional status of children who live in disaster-prone area in West Java Indonesia.
